EFFIE KLAN Passed away at the Emerson Care Home on August 28, 2000 at the age of 82 after a lengthy illness. Fiffie was predeceased by her husband William (Bill) and is survived by her sister, Mary Strome (Winnipeg) daughter. Paula (Winnipeg) and son, daughter-in-law and grandson, Pat, Joy and Shaun of Emerson. Mom will always be remembered for her baking, especially her pies. Many thanks to all the exceptional staff at the home for taking such good care of Mom for seven years. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Emerson Personal Care Home, Emerson, MB., R0A 0L0. A private family service and interment of the ashes will take place at Emerson.
