Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHOMAS WILLIAM PATTERSON Suddenly on Saturday, September 2, 2000, at the Grace Hospital, Winnipeg, Thomas William Patterson, aged 82 years, of Rosser, beloved husband of Jean. Born April 10, 1918 at Glenella, Man. and moved with his family to Rosser in 1926. He married Jean Conquergood on November 6, 1948. He farmed in Rosser his entire life. He was very active in 4-H for many years, being very fond of horses, and helped to organize the Rosser 4-H Light Horse and Pony Club. He was a long time member of the Lilyfield United Church and served on the Board for many years. Tom was well known to lend a helping hand wherever needed in the community. Surviving besides his wife Jean, four sons, Ross (Fran) of Rosser, Reg (Marlene) of Saskatoon, Rick (Leslie) of Rosser, Rodger (Stacy) of Stonewall; nine grandchildren, Reggie, Jason, Tommy, Elizabeth, Natalie, Michael, James, Bryan, Joseph and Marshall; one sister Alice Corbett of Winnipeg; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by six brothers, Joseph, Carl, Winston, Bert, Harry and Victor; five sisters, Isabel, Mae, Ethel, Ruth and Lily. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 7 in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. Deborah Vitt will officiate. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Lilyfield United Church Memorial Fund. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall, in care of arrangements.
