WENDY HYNEK With our great sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother on September 5, 2000. Wendy was predeceased by her husband George in 1992. She leaves to mourn her beautiful daughters, Caroline and husband Sachet, Patricia and very special friend John; her mother Wanda; sister Ella and family; brother Jeff and family in Winnipeg; two brothers and one sister and their families in Poland; and family in The Czech Republic. Wendy always made everyone feel welcome in her home and was loved by everyone. She will be greatly missed, not only by her family, but also by her friends. We love you and miss you and you will always remain in our hearts. A special thank you to all the nursing staff and doctors on the Palliative Care Ward at St. Boniface Hospital. Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Avenue. The many things you did for us, In your kind and loving way, You gave us years of happiness No one can take away. What we would give, if we could say, Well go and see Mom today, To see her face, to see her smile Or just to talk with her awhile. She was a Mom with a heart of gold And meant more to us, than wealth untold. Her life was unselfish, For others she lived, Not for what she received, But for what she could give. Without farewell she fell asleep, With only memories for us to keep. If she could have spoken before she died, These are the words she would have replied: "This life for me is truly past, I loved you all to the very last, Weep not for me, but courage take And love one another for my sake." Whoever said sorrow would heal with time Could never have had a Mother like ours. Rest in Peace, Mom Wieczny odpoczynek racz jej dac, Panie Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements 586-8044.
