PETER JOSEPH PAQUIN Peacefully, on Friday, September 8, 2000 our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. Peter was born in Steinbach, Manitoba on November 11, 1943. He was a devoted family man, whose family meant everything to him. He was an avid sports fan and was especially fond of hockey and his "Montreal Canadiens". Prior to his illness, Peter had been employed with Canada Safeway for 27 years. Peter will be sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Doris (nee Lambert) daughters, Annette (Brian) Skulmoski, and Cheryl (Ken) Paquin/Gel; grandchildren, Zachary and Laura; brothers and sisters, Bertha (George) Claeys, Annette (Origene) Delorme, Jeannette Morand, Phil Paquin, Cecile Benoit, Nina (Adrian) Brouillette, Bernice Leng, Ronnie Paquin, Alice (Dave) Letkeman, Hector (Shirley) Paquin, and Diane (Eugene) Maybroda; in-laws, Adrienne (Norm) Marshall and Irene (Barney) Gauthier, and many nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his parents, Jules and Antoinette, and his brothers, Theodore and Joseph. Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Service will be held on September 11 at Green Acres Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. A Celebration Mass will be held at St. Peters Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St., on Tuesday, September 12 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Msgr. Maurice Comeault presiding.
