JOHN PAUL SLOBODIAN January 4, 1970 - September 6, 2000 Tragically, on September 6, 2000, John passed away at the age of 30 years. He leaves to cherish a wonderful memory, his parents, Wayne and Geri; sister Lynn and her husband Duane and nephews, Dylan and Connor and special friend Robin. Also left to mourn his passing are his aunts and uncles, Phyllis and Dave, Les and Randy, Jackie and Lorne, Larry and Tanis, Vic and Roslyn, Denise and Cam, Fred and Donna, Kenny and Pat and very special aunt and uncle Nick and Marie and many cousins, relatives and many, many close friends. John was predeceased by his grandparents, Harold and Edith Goodchild and Wanda and Joseph Slobodian and special friend Corey. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 11, at 10:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Ash Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Fred and Ken Shandroski, Jim and Ken Twardoski, Gord Hansen and Mark St. Vincent. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Johns memory to the Childrens Wish Foundation, 350 St. Mary Ave., Winnipeg, R3C 3J2. "May the wind always be in your sails."
