LEAH DAWN GORDON Leah experienced a catastrophic stroke near her home a week ago. She was helped by witnesses at the scene and first responders. For the past week she received loving care from Dr. Bruce Light and the excellent staff of St. Boniface MICU. Leah died September 9, 2000. She recently graduated from Winnipeg Technical as a certified health care aide. She enjoyed her work through Better Care. Leah is sadly missed by her parents, Cathy and Bill; brothers, Dan and Tim and her extended family. A Remembrance Reception will be held at the home of Dr. and Mrs. WL Gordon at 521 Shaftesbury Blvd. from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12.
