Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH LOZINSKI It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Joseph Lozinski, on September 9, 2000. Joe was born on January 1, 1911, in Birch River, Man. He married Lena Hrycuik on September 16, 1939, and together they made Hadashville their home for 58 years. Joe worked for the Department of Highways for many years. His most cherished job was working on his farm. He was also an active member of the community with his involvement in the Seniors Club and St. John the Baptist Church choir. Joe was predeceased by his wife Lena (September 1998) sons, Lawrence (1971) and Ken (1997) and twin great-grandsons, Trevor and Shawn Jr. (1999). He is survived by daughter Joan DeGagne (Gord Proceviat) daughter-in-law Marilyn Mamrak (Ben) daughter-in-law Sharon Lozinski; grandchildren, Lesley (Ken), Leah (Brad), Shawn (Louise), Kyla (friend Art), Nicholle (Lance) and great-grandchildren, Leandra, Brielyn, Mikayla, Arak and Martin, also one sister Carrie Radewich. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Hadashville, on Wednesday, September 13, at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Fr. Ed Bonin presiding. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Special thanks to all the staff at the Whitemouth & District Personal Care Home for making his remaining years peaceful and comfortable.
