RAYMOND JOSEPH ARPIN On Monday, September 11, 2000, Ray passed away suddenly at the age of 72 years. Born on September 2, 1928 in Lorette, MB to Marcien Arpin and Elizabeth Trudeau. At an early age, Ray began a career in the livestock business that spanned four decades. He was also involved in the auto business buying and selling cars and operating a body shop for a number of years and was owner of Riverside Appliances. Survived by wife Margaret; daughters, Ramona and son-in-law Doug Neufeld, Valerie Arpin, Joanne and son-in-law Robert Loewen, son Michael and granddaughter Jasmin Arpin; sisters, Edmae Gaudette (Bob), Lea Cronnier (Reg), Alma Stordeur (Bert), Doris Lambert (Fern) sister-in-law Sophie Arpin; numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; sisters, Lucille and Angela; brothers, Larry and Arnie; sister-in-law Armande. Cremation has taken place. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St., on Friday, September 15 at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Joseph Tran presiding.
