Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH DELPHIS AIME FILLION Peacefully, on Tuesday, September 12, 2000 Aime Fillion passed away at the age of 75 years at the Tache Centre. He was predeceased by his sister Stella Giroux of Montreal. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 41 years Therese; brothers Come (Jeanne), Lionel (Lois) and Robert; sisters Hortense (Denis Fouillard and Helen (Joe) Montsion; brother-in-law Albert Giroux, as well as many nieces and nephews. Aime was born in St. Jean Baptiste on December 4, 1924. He worked with many companies before settling in with CNN for approximately 30 years. He retired in 1985. Aime enjoyed his hobby farm at Stead and also enjoyed reading. Many thanks to the nurses and staff at the Tache Centre and St. Boniface Hospital for their loving care and to the many friends who visited Aime during his illness. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 16 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., (Across from the Royal Canadian Mint). Viewing will be begin at 9:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the garden of the Good Shepherd at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre.
