Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIDA GERTRUDE OGRADY (BOUTANG) It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mom and grandmother, on Friday, September 15, 2000. She was predeceased by her husband Dennis and five brothers, Frank, Henry, George, Elmer and Norman Boutang and four sisters, Irene Busalacchi, Edmondine DeFries, Adeline Gokiert and Doris Gauthier. She is survived by her three daughters, Shannon (Rick), Lorelei, Erin (Craig) and grandson Dennis as well as five sisters, Bernadette King, Elsie (Aime) Beaudry, Cordelia Nelson, Rita Clement and Doreen Prasek and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mom retired in 1985 after 25 years as an O. R. Technician at the Health Sciences Centre. She moved back to her home town of Vassar, Man., where she resided until September 1999, at which time she moved back to Transcona. Mom loved to travel and visit her family and friends all over Canada. She also loved baseball and looked forward to the annual Vassar ball tournament. She was a very generous person who enjoyed life to the fullest. At Idas request cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Flowers are gratefully declined; if friends so desire, donations in Idas memory can be made to a charity of your choice. We love you and you will always be with us in our hearts.
