ELIZABETH DUNCAN MILLER (nee GORDON) On September 14, 2000, Elizabeth Miller, loving mother of Robert (Eleanor) of Winnipeg and William (Florence) of Thunder Bay, quietly passed away at Beacon Hill Lodge, Winnipeg. Mum was predeceased by her husband Robert in 1968 and her daughter Elizabeth in 1999. In addition to her two sons, she is survived by her son-in-law John McIntosh of Winnipeg Beach; grandson Allan of Edmonton; granddaughters, Jacqueline (Bill) Richardson, Alison and Nicole; Laura McIntosh; Anne McIntosh; Jennifer (Kirby) Gehman, Hannah, Margaret and Joshua; Karyn (Bill) Mart; and Heather Miller (daughter of Beatrice) and great-great-grandson Braydon, all of Winnipeg. Mum was born May 16, 1903 in Leith, Scotland. She and Dad immigrated to Canada in 1957 with Bob and Bill. Liz and her family followed a few years later. She was a long time resident of St. James- Assiniboia and a member of the Eastern Star for many years. Mum was a faithful wife, loving mother, adoring grandmother and good friend. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 20 at 3:00 p.m. at Westwood Presbyterian Church. Flowers gratefully declined.
