FRANCES (DOLLY) GERULA (KROPP) (nee KOPYCHANSKI) On September 16, 2000, peacefully at home in Kamloops, BC, our beloved wife, mom, nanny, and great nanny passed away, to be with the angels. Dolly was born June 5, 1925 in Winnipegs North End. She attended Isaac Newton, Aberdeen and St. Johns High School. Over the years she worked at Bond and Ronald with her mother, Charles Drug, in the CSR at Childrens Hospital, and Salisbury House. Dolly had a quick wit and a wicked sense of humour. She was the best, and all of us will miss her terribly. Mom is survived by her devoted husband Matt; her children, Valerie (Merv), Linda (Ronnie), Joey (Sharon), and Bunny (Richard) her sister Florence Kochanski; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her first husband Hank Kropp; a daughter at birth; and her parents. In keeping with Moms wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank Moms good friend and doctor, Dr. Mavis Hollman, as well as all of her personal care workers for their excellent and compassionate care.
