Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHRISTINE LILY CAMPBELL (nee CLIFF) December 25, 1902 - September 17, 2000 Christine passed away peacefully on Sunday evening at Extendicare Tuxedo Villa. Christine was born on Christmas Day in London, England in 1902 to Elizabeth and Arthur Cliff. She moved to Winnipeg with her family in 1904. In 1928 she married Percy Campbell. Chris and Percy lovingly shared 61 years together. In 1952, they moved to St. James and became founding members of St. Bedes Anglican Church. She was an active and enthusiastic member of the choir and the WA. Chris and Percy spent many happy summers enjoying their cottage at Brereton Lake. Chris will be sadly missed and always loved by her family, Pat and her husband Larry Barr and their children, Jim, Campbell, and Jennifer; Dave and his wife Gwyneth and their children, Heather and her husband Curtis Gibson and Cynthia. One sister Ruby Craig, of Vancouver, also survives Chris. Chris was predeceased by her husband Percy in 1989; by her sisters, Anne, Minnie, and Betty; and by her brother Arthur. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 21 at St. Bedes Anglican Church, 99 Turner Ave., at 1:00 p.m. A reception will follow at Dave and Gwyns home.
