VALERIE CHARMAINE HALLORAN Valerie Charmaine Halloran passed away at Morden, MB on Saturday, September 16, 2000, at the age of 42 years. Valerie is survived by husband Jack, Morden, MB; son Robert, Morden; daughter Jennifer, Morden; mother Betty Mellom, Oxbow; two brothers, John Mellom, Midale; Larry (Sylvia) Mellom, Oxbow; two sisters, Annamae (George) Frey, Oxbow, Yvonne (Corey) Kiesman, Outram; mother-in-law Evelyn Halloran, Emerson, MB; two sisters-in-law, Ellen (Brian) Pettit, Emerson, Cathy (Andre) Drouin, Ottawa; two brothers-in-law, Robert (Jackie), Boissevain, MB, Terry, Boissevain; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Leonard Mellom and father-in-law Robert Halloran. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 20, from St. Peters Lutheran Church, Oxbow, with Pastor Fraser Coltnan and Pastor Greg Lutz officiating. Interment to follow in the Kopperud Cemetery. The joy in Vals life was never sought in material wealth. Rather it was found in the love returned to her by her two children and the many other children she was very privileged to have known and cared for.
