ALICE MARGARET MULLEN FITKOWSKI (nee Anderson) Peacefully, on Tuesday, September 19, 2000 Alice aged 84 passed away at Riverview Health Centre. Alice will be sadly missed by her husband Bill; her daughter Heather Mullen; her son Guy (Colleen) Mullen; grandchildren Jennifer (Corey) and Jeffrey (Tanya), great grand niece Alice and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was a remarkable woman who had many personal and professional achievements. Some of her accomplishments were Administrative Officer Management Committee of Cabinet, Toastmasters, gardening and learning to play the harmonica in her late sixties. Alice was a friendly and caring person and was liked and respected by most who knew her. The family extends special thanks to the caring Riverview Staff who gave her last few months quality and were very supportive to the family. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 22 at 9:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Alices memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 9Z9, or to Riverview Health Centre Foundation, 1 Morley Ave., Wpg., MB, R3L 2P4.
