RONALD VICTOR SHEARER Ronald Victor, 93, of Lower Sackville, formerly of Winnipeg, Man., passed away September 18, 2000 at home. Born in Swink, Colorado, he was the son of the late Edward and Mary (Cordelia) Shearer. He was an educator for 44 years. He was a longtime member of St. Boniface Rotary Club and was also an ardent curler. He was also an amateur photographer and was a wood carver. He is survived by son Barry Shearer; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Audrey (Easton) and brother Harold. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr. Memorial service will be held Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Regents Park United Church, 613 St. Marys Rd. Donations may be made to the Rotary Club.
