Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN WILLIAM (BILL) SOUTER Bill left this world peacefully on August 28, 2000 at Deer Lodge Centre. He was born in England in 1902 and served in the Canadian Armed Forces in the Second World War. He will be sadly missed by his son Howard, daughter Audrey (Ernie) and five grandchildren, all of Ontario. He will also be missed by the members of his extended families, the Pageot family of St. Boniface (Mel and Gordon) and the Dahl family (Dallas and Vickie) of St. Vital, as well as his friends from the Norwood Legion, the Charleswood Legion and Deer Lodge Centre. Bill was a renegade person who made friends easily. His quick wit, endearing charm and smile made him a super salesman in his chosen profession as a photographer. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Deer Lodge Centre Chapel on Wednesday September 27 at 3:30 p.m. His cremated remains will be interred in the Veterans Field of Honor at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Ave. P.
