DEREK DANIELS C. Eng., MIEE, P. Eng. (Retired) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend Derek Daniels on Thursday, September 21, 2000 at the early age of 68 years. Derek leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 43 years, Glenda and their three children, Stephen (Sandra), Alison (Neil) and David (Kim). His grandchildren, Ashley, Chris and Brett Daniels; Johnathan and Nikki Fuhrs; and Carter and Mikayla Daniels. He also leaves behind numerous brothers and sisters, in-laws, nieces and nephews in the U.K. and many friends. Derek was predeceased by his mother and father, Doris and Ron Daniels of the U.K. Grampy was a devoted husband and father and a very loving grandfather, who will be sadly missed. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St., with the Rev. Canon J.R. (Ron) McCullough officiating.
