KARIANNA GOOSEHEAD Accidentally, on Saturday, September 23, 2000 at Berens River, Karianna Goosehead passed away at the age of 13 years. Karianna was born on September 1, 1987 at Portage la Prairie and lived most of her life in Bloodvein. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, mother Kim Scott (Norman Sr.) father Bernard Bittern (Wilma) grandmother Dorothy Goosehead; great-grandmother Isabella Cook; brothers, Norman Jr. (Monica), Abraham, Clinton, Alex, Harry, and Martin; sisters, Roberta (Aaron), Bambilyn, Becky, Haley and Margaret; nephew Cole Hamilton, and best friends, Damian Patrick of Berens River, Kristen Elk of Winnipeg and Noella Green of Bloodvein. There are numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her great-grandfather Alfred Cook I.; grandfather Albert Goosehead Sr., grandparents, Harry and Helen Bittern; uncles, Albert Goosehead Jr., aunts, Roberta and Nadine Goosehead, Carmel Berens and Dorothy Green. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, September 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Wednesday, September 27 and Thursday, September 28 at Bloodvein, MB. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 29 at 1:00 p.m. at the Alfred Cook Bible Missionary Church, Bloodvein, with Rev. Jim Kinnaman officiating. Interment to follow at Bloodvein Cemetery.
