MARY (DOLLY) MARTIN (nee ANDERSON) Suddenly after a brief illness, on Thursday, September 21, 2000, at the Meadowood Manor, Dolly Martin, beloved aunt of Joan Nicholson and Katherine Mary Gibson, passed away. Dolly was born in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, and came to Winnipeg with her parents, two brothers and a sister in 1910. She met and married Bill in 1930 and they shared over 50 happily married years. Dolly worked as a Legal Secretary for many years. She was a very loving, caring person and will be missed very much. Besides her nieces, she leaves to mourn and cherish her memory many relatives and friends in Winnipeg and the Andersons and Dworschuks in Atlanta, Georgia. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St., with Rev. Don McIntyre officiating. Flowers gratefully declined.
