ALICE CHILDS (nee THUE) Peacefully, after a brief illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Alice on Friday, September 29, 2000 at the Central Park Lodge Poseidon Care Centre, in her 95th year. Remaining to forever cherish Alices memory are her sons, Stan (Ruby), Donald and Peter and daughter-in-law, Mavis; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mom was predeceased by her parents, seven brothers, her husband Mervin, son Robert, daughter Winnifred, son-in-law Arlin Gustafson, daughter-in-law Joyce, great-granddaughter Holly and by grandson Shaun Childs. In compliance with Alice and her familys wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Our family would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to Drs., Lawrence and L.P.L.
