IDA MARGARET GOODALL (nee SMITH) With great sadness we announce the passing of Ida on Saturday, September 30, 2000 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Ida was predeceased by her husband Wilf and brothers; Gordon, Jim and Eddie. She leaves to mourn her sisters; Helen Chick, Chris Drombolis and Edna Paterson (Alex), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ida had a keen sense of humor and never lost her sharp wit. She was always there to help others in need, she was a very loving person and was loved dearly. The family would like to express their thanks for the kindness shown to her by her home care workers who assisted her at home. Also the staff at St Boniface Hospital who made her final days comfortable. A special thanks to the St. Boniface Hospital Padre for his caring words of peace. In accordance to Idas wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2000 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
