HUGH C. McKAY Hugh c. McKay of Selkirk, MB passed away peacefully on October 2, 2000. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Carmen; four children, Darla, Sandra, Don and Tricia; his sister Hughena Molchan and numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Stella; brothers, Donald and Murray and sister Dorothy Cartwright. Hugh was born and raised in St. Andrews, MB and he attended St. Johns College. He played his junior hockey in Flin Flon and enjoyed playing professional hockey in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Hugh married Carmen and settled down and raised their family in Selkirk. He worked at Manitoba Hydro for 32 years. Memorial service to be held at the St. Andrews Anglican Church on Monday, October 9 at 10:30 a.m., with Reverend Stephen Sharman officiating. Interment to follow in the Churchyard Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff at GH-4, Health Sciences Centre and the Selkirk General Hospital. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
