SOPHIE BRITISH On Tuesday, October 10, 2000, at the Riverview Health Centre, Sophie, beloved wife of the late Edward Joseph British, passed away in her ninety-sixth year. She leaves behind two daughters, Lorraine (Chuck) Waterhouse of Smithville, ON, and Valerie (Robert) Jansen; granddaughters, Debbie(Rob) McKellar, Karen Saint, Dana Jansen and Tara (Neil) Thrumble; great-granddaughters, Rachael and Sharlene, and sister Betty Grue of Gardena, CA. Sophie will be fondly remembered as being a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her strong will and generous nature will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She lived a full, healthy, and spirited life and those she left behind will treasure her always. Love is something eternal The aspect may change, But not the essence. We wish you eternal peace.
