RITA MARGOT STUTTKOWSKI (nee STOBBE) April 27, 1925 - October 10, 2000 Born in Tilsit, Prussia After a lengthy battle with cancer, our Lord and Saviour took our mother home with Him forever. She will be forever loved and sadly missed by her children, Detlef (Anne), Evelin (Richard), Peter, Helga, Thomas (Leah) and Christina; grandchildren, Oliver, Francheska, David, Angela, Janine, Nicholas, Stephanie and Batist. Also whom she cherished, her niece Jutta and children Nina and Michaella. Rita was predeceased by our father Kurt, her loving husband of 50 years who passed away this June, her mother Minna Stobbe, father David Stobbe, sister Eva Jahner (Stobbe) and nephew Holga Stobbe. Though it seems like an ending for us that are left behind, it is a beginning of reunification for Mom and Dad. Funeral services will be held at the German Church of God, 705 Concordia Ave., on Friday, October 13 at 2:00 P.M. Interment will follow in the Transcona Cemetery following the service. We wish to thank those who generously gave of their time supporting and comforting the needs of our mother. The nursing staff and those special few who made Moms life a little brighter.
