My mother Rose Gork, looked after Lola & Melba's Mother; mammie in a big house when she first came to Winnipeg. She encouraged my mother to give her children music lessons and helped my family buy their first and only piano. The MacQuarrie's are the reason I am a Music Teacher in the Winnipeg School Division today. - Posted by: Cheryl Gork (Family Friend) on: Mar 12, 2016
