ALICE ROBINSON (nee SPURRILL) January 3, 1906 - October 8, 2000 Alice Robinson (formerly Petersen) passed away peacefully on the morning of October 8, 2000 in the Assiniboine Centre at Brandon, Manitoba. Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother will be deeply missed. She was predeceased by her second husband, Hugh Robinson. Her memory will be cherished by her four daughters and their families; Muriel and Ron Winter, Betty Cochrane, Donna and Stan Ayres, Norma and Ernie Brown, and a host of relatives and friends. The family extends their sincere thanks to Dr. Ursula Botha for her care and understanding and to the staff of Brandon Regional Hospital and the Assiniboine Centre for their kindness and compassion. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 14 at 1:00 p.m. and the Brockie-Donovan Ltd. Funeral Home, 332 8th St., Brandon, Manitoba. Rev. Gordon Stevenson will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alices memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice.
