FRANCIS FLETT May 6, 1923 - October 12, 2000 Francis Flett, passed away peacefully at the Percy E. Moore Hospital, surrounded by his family on October 12, 2000 at the age of 77 years. Francis was a resident of the Peguis Senior Centre and a member of the Split Lake First Nation. Francis is survived by his daughters, Della (Wayne) Mason and Lisa (Eric) Manningway and special friend Aurelia Thickfoot; his grandchildren, Keith, Garrett, Erica and Zachary and many others who he considered like his grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Evelyn (David), Maggie, Nancy (Henry), Joyce (Albert) and Violet (Tom) his brothers, Isaiah (Edna), David (Dinah) and a step-brother William. He also leaves two aunties, Hilda Fitzner and Evelyn Jebb and sister-in-law Frances Hall. Francis will always be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. Francis was predeceased by his mother Mary Dick; his grandparents, Maryanne and Dave Martin; his brothers, Robert, Jim and Abel. A wake service will be held on Sunday, October 15 at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 16 at 2:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Stevens Memorial United Church, Fisher River Cree Nation, Koostatak, Man., with Rev.
