DOROTHY CATHERINE JOHNSON Dorothy Johnson, aged 68, passed away peacefully after a difficult battle with cancer at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit, on October 6, 2000. She was predeceased by her husband, Baldur in 1997. She had worked at various jobs throughout her life, most recently at Air Canada and then at the UIC, retiring in 1996. She will be sadly missed by her children, Darcy (Shirley), Lindsay (Susan) and Marlene (Doug) Clark. Also by grandchildren Sheryl, Erik, Victoria, Christine, Justin, Branden and Curtis. She is also survived by her four brothers, Jacob, Isaac, John and Bob Brown, as well as sister-in-law Thelma Bremner and their families. A memorial service will be held at Norwood United Church on Friday, October 20, 2000 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Foundation or to a charity of ones choice.
