Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAURA PATRICIA BRUCE Peacefully on Thursday, October 12, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. Laura Patricia Bruce (nee Bouchie) passed away at the Concordia Hospital, with her family at her bedside. And at 8:00 a.m. that morning, before Laura passed on, she reunited with her husband, Percy Bruce and said their wedding vows. Happily witnessed by Norman Thomas and June Cameron, also her mother, sisters, son, daughters and "God". Here are some things that Laura enjoyed in her life: dancing, laughing and joking. But most of all she loved being with her family, nothing more made her happy. Laura leaves to mourn her mother Maria Bouchie, daughters, Valerie Thomas, Diane Bruce, Judy Bruce and one son Jerry Bruce and Samantha Bruce whom she raised. She also leaves to mourn her ten sisters, Christina Kennedy, Carrie Sinclair, Evelyn Green (John), Alice Jean Shroeder (William), Linda Merasty, Marlene Bushie (Norman), Anita Cameron (Brian), Bertha Bouchie (Barry), Theresa Hornbrook (Gord), Rita Malnyk (Clifford), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Laura was predeceased by her father Alex Boucher and two brothers, Joseph Mervin Bushie and Clifford Bushie and six sisters. She also received Jesus as her personal Saviour. For now the family knows shes at peace and rest for eternity. After all that was said and done she had a smile on her face to let us know that she was at peace. Wake Services took place on Friday, October 13 and Saturday, October 14, both evenings and will also take place on Sunday, October 15 at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Bread of Life Ministry, 1338 Main St., Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 16 at 10:00 a.m. also at Bread of Life Ministry, Pastor Richard Sanderson officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. We would like to thank the Nurses/Staff and Doctors on the second floor of Concordia Hospital. KNYSH FUNERAL CHAPEL 582-0973
