Born March 30, 1922 at Kilkenney, Man. she will be sadly missed by daughters, Gloria (Dennis) Melnyk, Valerie; sons, David and Donald; grandchildren, Darolyne (Ian), Denise and Dan Melnyk, Belinda Shewchuk, sisters, Stella Chornoby, Marion Brooker (Bert), Pauline Stefanec (Dan), Ann St. Germain, sisters-in-law, Olga Chwaliboga, Mary Chwaliboga, Nellie Cooke, Jean Milton, Olga Olsen, and Ella (Wally) Keep; brother-in-law Joe Shewchuk (Hellie), and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Paul Chwaliboga and by her first husband Steve Shewchuk; her father Peter; mother Anna; brothers, William and Peter Zaporozan. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 18 at 11:00 a.m. in the Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Chapel, Rev. Fr. David Kowalski will officiate. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
