PHYLLIS EILEEN MOIR On Sunday, October 15, 2000 at the Victoria General Hospital, Phyllis Eileen Moir (nee Lock) passed away. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Joyce Brown; niece Jackie Debbs of Spokane, Washington and several cousins. She was predeceased by her beloved husband George Kitchener (Scotty) Moir; their son Dave; and by her sister Peggy Regan. Phyllis made many life-long friends among fellow employees at the Winnipeg Supply and Fuel Company and at the T. Eaton Company where she worked in the fancy goods department. Her interest in needlework and other crafts continued throughout her life. But her pride and joy were her family, her home and her flower garden. Phyllis was a friend to many. Always ready to lend encouragement, she touched so many lives. She always wore a smile and put so much fun into life. She will be greatly missed. Service will be held on Friday, October 20 at 2:30 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, with the Rev. Peter Denton officiating. Thanks for their kindness are extended to the nurses and volunteers of Wards 3 and 5 of the Victoria General Hospital. Friends, if they desire, may donate in her memory to the Foster Parents Plan, 95 St. Clair West, Suite 1001, Toronto, ON, M4V 3B5 or to a charity of their choice. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
