SOPHIE MARY DEITZ In loving memory of Sophie Mary Deitz who passed away at the Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital in Red Lake, ON on Monday, October 16, 2000 at the age of 73 years. Sophie was born in Fort Frances, ON on January 19, 1927. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Herman Deitz of Red Lake; her son Robert Philip Deitz of Winnipeg; two daughters, Sharon Elizebeth Deitz of Winnipeg and Sandra Marie Bryan (husband Barry) of Balmertown, ON; one grandson Robb Bryan of Winnipeg, as well as by her sister Sadie Luczyk (husband Alex) of Atikokan, ON and two brothers, Steve Gulka (wife Bertha) of Regina, SK and Stan Langstaff of Alberta. At this time, the family wishes to respect Sophies request of no visitation, direct cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital for the wonderful care of Sophie during her two week stay at the hospital.
