Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNIFER ROSE MARIE KONOPLENKO Jennifer passed away after a long term illness on October 18, 2000. Jennifer was born on August 4, 1985. She leaves to mourn her passing her mother Bev; her father Bill; her sister Mandy; brothers, Tim and Kevin; her great-grandmother Muriel Muchinanski and her grandmother Annie Pittman and grandmother Vivian Fisher. Jennifer was predeceased by her sister Cheryl; her grandfather Norman McIvor and her grandfather Marion Muchinanski. Jennifer has brought happiness to all who had the privilege of knowing her and she will be missed deeply. Her family will miss the little yellow banana and her favourite song "Lets Dance", which we know she is dancing to now. Jennifer went to several schools during her life, Society for Manitobans with Disabilities School, Lord Roberts, Prairie Rose Elementary, and at the time of her passing, Gordon Bell. Thanks to the staff of Childrens Emergency who attempted to save her life. A special thanks goes to Amber and Christy at ICU, Dr. B.J. Hancock, Dr. N. Wisemen, Dr. B. Magwood, and Dr. Flemming of Health Sciences Centre. A special thanks to Dr. Goldberg of Manitoba Clinic for the care of her during her life, Kathy McRae, Barb Tissell, Willie McQuaid of Childrens Home Care Department for the loving support of Jennys life, and the Winnipeg Ambulance that transferred Jenny to the hospital. A very special thanks to Chris Dunshire for the support during Jennys final days in the hospital. Prayers will be said on Sunday evening, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Luxton Avenue. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 23 at 1:00 p.m. also at Cropo Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clark Houston, Gerry Watson, Gerry Houston, Chris Thomas, Lionel Houston and Glen McIvor. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Konoplenko and Kevin Konoplenko.
