Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEUDOKIA WASILUK On October 24, 2000, at the Seven Oaks Hospital, with her daughters by her side, our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed away at the age of 94. Mother will be lovingly remembered by her son Nicholas; daughter Olga (Alex) Shastal, daughter Helen (Charles) Schwan; grandchildren, Trude, Charlotte, David, Michael and Julie, and great-granddaughter Sarah. She is also survived by her sister Anna Skurchuk and family of Bel Air, Maryland. She was predeceased by her husband Ignat (John) in 1970 and sister Olga of Russia. Mother was born in Russia on September 6, 1906, coming to Canada in 1926. She was a life-time member of Holy Trinity (Russian - Greek) Orthodox Sobor. She was a gracious woman who knew God held the future and her. The family would like to thank the nurses of Seven Oaks Hospital Fourth Floor Unit 2. Prayers will be said on Thursday, October 26, at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 27 at 1:00 p.m. also at Cropo Chapel with Rev. Fr. Bob Kennaugh officiating. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Mothers memory to the Manitoba Heart & Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Wpg., R3B 2H8.
