WILHELMUS (WILLIE) DeKONING With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and Opa, Willie on October 29, 2000 at the Riverview Health Centre. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Nellie; his children, Marian (Murray Esler) Watts, Rita (Jerry) Michasiw, Reg (Shannon) Smith and his grandchildren, Lisa (Leonard) Mantik, Tim (Josee) Watts, Jim, Jared and Melissa Michasiw, Brittany and Michael Smith. Predeceased by his parents and his nephew Willie, he is also survived by his sisters Annie van de Marel and Bep (Wim) van Haren and their families, as well as many in-laws and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of 3E at Riverview, particularly Dr. H. Marr and Alexandra Beel for their kindness and support. We also appreciate and wish to acknowledge Dr. P. Nehra and Dr. J. Butler. In accordance with Dads wishes, cremation has already taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 1, at 1:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway.
