MARGUERITE MALO (nee FRECHETTE) It is with deep regret and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dearly beloved mother, Marguerite, of 82 years on Friday, October 27, 2000. Mom was known for her compassion, hospitality and unshakeable faith. She was a spirit-filled person who devoted her life to prayer, and her faith carried many through difficult times. She was loved and respected by all who knew her and will be remembered for her many acts of love. She was predeceased by her husband Ovila in 1998 and son-in-law Leon Aubut in 1982. Left to cherish her memory are her ten children, Herve, Reynalde (Aubut), Victor, Levis (Luce), Yvette (Joe) Dube, Richard (Maggie), Marcie (Gord) Kosman, Henri, Paule Malo (Dave Penner) and Leo; 27 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one sister, Solange Museur and two sisters-in-law, Aurise Frechette and Rose de Lima Malo. Prayers will be said on Monday, October 30 at 7:00 p.m. in the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1 at the Sts-Martyrs-Canadiens Roman Catholic Church, 289 Dussault Ave., with viewing from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
