Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY DOHERTY (nee KERMEEN) Dorothy Doherty passed away peacefully October 28, 2000 at the Tudor House in Selkirk at the age of 83 years. She is survived by her four children, Barbara Gordon of Vancouver, Jim (Gerri) of Ottawa, Pat of Selkirk, Frances Whillans (John) of Calgary; five grandchildren, Ken, Sean, Ryan, David and Andrea; one older sister Joyce Fraser of Vancouver; nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeacesed by her husband Don in 1979, by her sister Margaret, by her brother Stan. Dorothy was born in Moos Jaw, Sask., December 16, 1916 and lived with her family in several cities throughout Canada as her father was an inspector with the CPR. Dorothy was a loving wife, mother and granny. We will always remember Dorothy sending and remembering all of us with birthday cards and greetings. As well she took many pictures of happy memories. Our family would like to thank the staff at the Tudor House for care paid to our mother. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a future date at Christ Church in Selkirk. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Christ Church Building Fund; Christ Church Anglican 227 McLean Ave., Selkirk, Man.
