ANNA SEHN (nee HECKMANN) July 2, 1917 - October 30, 2000 Peacefully on October 30, 2000, Anna passed away at the age of 83. Anna will be greatly missed by her sons, Peter (Isolde), Franz (Del), Warren and daughter-in-law Frieda, and sister-in-law Eva; grandchildren, Ursula (Tim) Wonnacott, Peter (Debbie) Sehn, and Harold (Diane) Sehn, David Sehn, Michael Sehn, Joey Heckman and Selena Heckman; great-grandchildren, Vikki, Jenny, Sammy, Brendan, David Jr., Bavinod and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Barbara and Joseph Heckmann; brothers, Peter and Henry Heckmann and son Henry Sehn. Anna was born on July 2, 1917 in Romania where she married and started a family, later moving to Germany where she raised her sons. Anna moved to Canada in 1959, where she worked for many years at the Health Sciences Centre. She spent her retirement caring for her mother until her mothers passing. Her remaining years were spent with loved ones. Funeral service 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 3 at Bardal Funeral Chapel, 843 Sherbrook Street. Interment Brookside Cemetery. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Vista Park lodge. A special thanks to Dr. Lori Hilderman for her care throughout the years.
