Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUDOLPH WILFRED DUPAS November 8, 1926 - November 2, 2000 Suddenly, at home on November 2, 2000 Rudolph died peacefully. He would have been 74 years on November 8, 2000. He leaves to cherish his memories his beloved wife of 50 years, Doris (DeGagne) and his three daughters; Pauline Head (Doug), Michelle Entz and Monique Danylchuk (Lawrence) and his six beloved grandchildren; Melanie, Michael, Andrea, Stacey, Nicholas and Nathan. He was predeceased by his infant daughter Gisele (1952), his parents Leon (1953) and Johanna Huppe (1976), his sister Florence Rocan (1990), his brother Rene Dupas (1997), his son-in-law Harold Entz (1997). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dad was a loving and caring father with the biggest heart of gold. Nothing meant more to him than the happiness of his family. In time of trouble all that was needed was a big bear hug from Dad. He was a loving and proud grandfather whom would of laid down his life for us. His generosity of himself will not be forgotten. Dad was born in Winnipeg, lived in Woodridge, Manitoba most of his life where he worked in the logging industry, enjoyed nature, music, tinkering and welding in his garage. Dad was a very patriotic citizen. During The Second World War he was in the First Parachute Battalion, then joined in 1955 the Canadian Provost Corp. Upon completion of a tour to Germany and 3 years of service in Winnipeg, he released to raise his family away from the Military lifestyle. Recently he was very interested and involved in finding more information about his family background. He is sure to be remembered by all who have passed through his life, by his willingness to help anyone in need. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 6, at 1:00 p.m. in the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion Street. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Monday as well.
