DELIA GAGNIER (nee PELLETIER) Peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2000, at the Foyer Valade, Mrs. Delia Gagnier passed away at the age of 90 years. Born on August 25, 1910 in Ste. Rose, Man., Delia married Joe Gagnier in 1966. She was predeceased by her husband Joe; her mother Elise (nee Hudon) and her father Adelbert Pelletier; her three sisters, Rev. Sister Laurette Pelletier, Antoinette Pelletier and Rose Sourisseau; one brother Archie Pelletier; brothers-in-law, Joe Sourisseau and Paul Martin. Delia leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Dorothy Martin and Irene Roche (Marcel) one brother Maurice Pelletier (Anita) one sister-in-law Rita Pelletier and two nieces that were like grandchildren to her, Karen (Brett) Hawthorne and Kelly Pelletier. Aunty treasured each of her nieces and nephews too numerous to mention. The family of Delia would like to thank the staff at Foyer Valade for their genuine warmth and compassion. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 4 at 10:30 a.m. in the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 252 Dubuc St., with Father Joseph Tran presiding. Service will terminate at the church.
