MARJORIE EDITH BROWN 1913 - 2000 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marjorie Brown, on November 2, 2000. Born in Margaret, Manitoba, Marjorie worked at Robinson Little for 10 years and was a past member of the Eastern Star and Toastmasters Sunshine 483. She was predeceased by her parents, Dan and Annie McKinnon; her husband Noel Brown in 1983; son Clare in 1996; two infant sons, Leslie and Donald and by four siblings, Jean Smith of Brandon, MB., Lillian Chaytor, Don McKinnon and Kathleen Hawkins. Marjorie is survived by her daughter Maureen Therrien of Ucluelet, B.C.; son Duane (Terry) daughter-in-law Shirley Brown; brother-in-law George Hawkins; sister-in-law Eunice Peter; grandchildren, Diane Fotty (Gerald), Lyle Brown, Cindy Pubben (Dwayne), Dayna Comeau Brown (Claude), Randy Therrien (Melanie), Mark Therrien (Dawn) and six great- grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Ann Taitley along with her wonderful caring staff in the MRU Unit at Victoria Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway.
