ALICE LAURIN Peacefully on November 2, 2000, at Tache Centre, Alice passed away into the arms of the Lord. Alice was born on September 17, 1916, in Ste. Anne, Man. She resided at Foyer Chez Nous for many years. Being a devout and caring person, Alice was always willing to give a helping hand to the sick and needy. She leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Antoinette Dumont and Aurore Cormier, many nieces and nephews and special niece Germaine Malo. Alice was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Bibiane; three brothers, Hector, Jacques and Eugene; two sisters, Jeannette Cormier and Albertine Marcoux. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., with viewing prior to the service at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 6 in the St. Boniface Cathedral, with Msgr. Albert Frechette presiding. Interment will follow at the St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations, in memory of Alice, may be made to the Tache Nursing Centre, 185 Despins St., Winnipeg R2H 2B3.
