GEOFFREY CRAIG HOURIE Tragically, as a result of a vehicle accident near Virden, MB Geoff left us on November 3, 2000 to be with his friends Russ and Stefan and grandparents George and Ena Hourie and Howard and Ena (Betty) Thomas. Geoff was born on January 21, 1970 and lived all his life in East Kildonan. He attended Salisbury, Morse Place and Kildonan East schools. He loved all sports especially football and baseball, enjoying his last two years playing league baseball with his friends. He loved motorcycles and rode as often as he could. Geoff always kept in touch with family and old friends always adding new people to his evergrowing circle of friends. Geoff had a sense of adventure and never failed to pick up and go whenever anyone wanted to make a trip. He was always there for a friend in need. Geoff worked for CPR in B.C. and ten years at EH Price Ltd. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Larry and Jill; brother Vince (Clare) niece and nephew, Taylor and Connor. His very special friend Jenny who helped him smile again. His special cousins, Sharon, Trevor and Megan, many other aunts, uncles, cousins and all his special friends too numerous to mention. Urnbearers will be Kerry Minsky, Dale Sweeny and Shawn Langlois. Honorary urnbearers will be Cam, TJ, Dave and Steve. Because of Geoffs love for dogs, please donate to the Winnipeg Humane Society in his name. Goodbye baby boy and brother - sweet dreams. Give Russ and Stefan a big hug from all of us. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7 in the chapel at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Interment Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN EDEN FUNERAL HOME 4477 MAIN STREET 338-7111
