JOSEPH ROBERT PAUL (BOBBY) GRENIER Robert passed away peacefully in the arms of his wife, at his residence in St. Labre, on November 4, 2000, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 56 years. Robert is survived by his loving wife Karen; two daughters, Marlene and Louise of St. Boniface; one son Gilles at home; two grandsons, Jared and Jordan; two sisters, Therese Grenier of St. Boniface, Lucille (Lucien) Laurencelle of Vermette. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Anna Auch; two brothers-in-law, Dennis (Penny) Auch, Garry (Jenny) Auch; three sisters-in-law, Irene (Dennis) Gerardy, Lori (Vern) Bales, Kathleen (David) Allery; numerous nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Henri and Olive Grenier; a brother Robert in infancy as well as his father-in-law Gustav Auch. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, November 8 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Benoit Labre Roman Catholic Church at St. Labre with Rev. Fr. Leonce Aubin officiating. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Manitoba Cancer Care, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
