FRANK (FRANCIS ALBERT) BAKER Frank (Francis Albert) Baker passed away peacefully on November 2, 2000 in Vancouver, BC. at the age of 81. Frank was born and raised in Manitou, MB and served his country overseas with the Army Service Corps in the Second World War. He lived in Winnipeg most of his life, worked for CN Railway for 30 years and moved to British Columbia in 1987. Lovingly remembered by his daughter Wendy Baker of Vancouver, BC. Frank was predeceased by his wife Edna in December, 1997 and by his two brothers, Ronald and Harold, all of Winnipeg.
