Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD (DICK) KNOTT After a short illness with cancer, Richard passed away on November 8, 2000 at the age of 69. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Memorial Service in celebration of Richards life, officiated by Reverend Richard Condo on Monday, November 13 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Saviours Anglican Church, SE Munroe and Grey (E. Kildonan), with coffee to follow in the Church Hall. Richard retired in 1992 from a 37 year career as an electrical comptroller with Comstock International. After his retirement he enjoyed every day of his life, spending many days building and flying radio-controlled airplanes. Richard was a member of both the Winnipeg Radio Control Club and the Saints Flyers. Richard will be forever missed by his loving wife of 47 years, Carol; children Marie Primmett and Janice Naccarato; son-in-law Charlie Naccarato; grandchildren Ryan and Danielle Primmett (and their father, Andy), Jayce and Taylor Naccarato; sister Elinor and brother-in-law John English; as well as many family members and friends. Richard was predeceased by his parents, Helen and Reg and sister Sheila. Richard also lost his flying buddy and best friend Don Cushman to cancer, a short while ago. The family wish to thank the Oncology Department and Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital. Flowers are graciously declined, but if friends wish, a memorial donation may be made to a charity of their choice.
