Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN LUBIANSKY (KOLUBINSKA) September 8, 1925 - November 8, 2000 Our wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully on November 8, 2000 at the Womens Pavilion in Winnipeg after a short battle with cancer. Jean was born on September 8, 1925 in Dmuchawec, Ukraine. She married Luke Lubiansky in March 1947 and they immigrated to Canada in 1949. They moved to the farm near Vita in 1954. Jean was predeceased by daughter (Annie) in infancy; her parents Frank and Anna Stadnk; and her sister Sophie. She is survived by her husband Luke; her three sons and their families, Ehor (Barbara and Jennifer), Jerry (Denise, Erin and Jared), and Boris (Sheila, Angela and Nickolas). A viewing and service will be held on Monday, November 13 at the St. Demetrius Ukrainian Catholic Church in Vita, MB starting at 2:30 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
