Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERTRUDE NATALIA DALKE Mrs. Gertie Dalke, aged 82 years, of Beausejour, Manitoba passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, November 8, 2000, at the Beausejour and District Hospital. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family; her son Clifford and his wife Erika of Oakbank, MB; her daughter Carol and her husband Brian Bush of Beausejour, MB; her daughter Shirley and her husband Bob Werner of Beausejour, MB; her son Allan of Edmonton, AB; her son Bill and his wife Jacquie of Victoria, BC; her grandchildren, Tim Dalke, Jennifer Bush, Mellissa, Amanda and Chris Werner; her special nieces Phyllis and her husband Myron Nazeravich of Winnipeg, Connie and her husband Joe Kulczycki of Calgary, AB; her great-nephews and great-nieces, Garnet and Lynn Nazeravich and family of Winnipeg, Tanis and Otto Kemerle of Winnipeg, Michelle and Geoff Scott and family of Burlington, ON, and Kevin Kulczycki of Calgary, AB. She was predeceased by her husband William in 1973 and her granddaughter Tara Dalke in 1983. Mom always faced her challenges with her internal strength and unwavering faith while continuing to be everyones friend and confidant. She generously shared her time, crafts, baking and love with family and friends. Her door was always open and she loved to have people drop in. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Beausejour, MB with Pastor Michael Cone and Pastor Stan Richards officiating. The family would like to thank Dr. Fred Zeiler, Lenore Erickson and all the nurses at the Beausejour Hospital for their special care. In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, donations in Gerties memory, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7 or Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, Box 968, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0.
