LORI NICHOL It is with a great sense of sadness that we announce the sudden passing in Winnipeg of our soulmate, sister, aunt, and friend, Lori Nichol at the age of 43 years. Lori spent her childhood years on her parents farm in the Cardale area. She later moved to Brandon, where she finished her schooling and graduated from Neelin High School. She went on to complete the Health Records Administration program at NAIT in Edmonton. For the past 20 years she took great pride in her work at the Rehabilitation Centre for Children, where she most recently was Director of Patient Information Services. Lori is survived by her loving soulmate, Neil Foyle. She leaves to cherish her memory her brother Ivan (Marg) Purdy; sisters, Mavis (Gerry) Erker, Delle (John) Fardy, and Bette (Del) Gray. She was "Aunt Lori" to Michael and Cathy Purdy, Heather Erker, Greg (Tanja) Fardy, Corrine Fardy, Neal and Scott Gray, Danielle and baby Morgan Fardy. She also leaves to mourn other relatives and numerous friends. Lori was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Bess Purdy; an infant brother Frazer, and a nephew Keith Erker. We will always remember Lori for her unique sense of humour, her devotion to family, and her love of life. A compassionate listener, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Her dogs, Winston and Marney, were a special joy for her. A memorial service to celebrate Loris life will be held at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrooke St., Winnipeg at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2000. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation. BARDAL FUNERAL HOME 843 Sherbrook Street, 774-7474
